How quickly will I hear from someone and get a quote?
You will hear from one of our owners, within one business day, to schedule a discovery call. During that call, we’ll be eager to get to know more about you and your goals and to share more about our unique approach to help you and your business.
Within several days of the discovery meeting you will receive an invite to schedule the proposal options call. During that call we will walk you through your 3 customized pricing options, demo some of the software solutions we will be recommending, and address any questions or feedback you may have.
What type of ongoing commitment do I need to make?
We instrument long term strategies that set the growth path for your business. Executing those strategies is ongoing, therefore all of our engagements are annual subscription contracts, with a 30-day notice period to cancel or update the contract.
How do you connect with your clients if you’re a virtual firm?
Being a virtual firm actually makes us connect more frequently to our clients than in our past experiences in non-virtual firms.
We will spend the most of our time communicating and connecting via email, texts, phone calls, Zoom and Google Meet video calls.
Even though we are a virtual firm, from time to time we will travel out to have in person meetings with our clients based on the subscription level we agree to.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes! Plan modifications take effect on the first of the following month. Check out our plan.
Do you offer custom plans?
We understand that every customer’s situation is unique. If necessary, we can work with you to customize a plan to suit your specific needs.
What software do you use to do my bookkeeping?
We work with both QuickBooks Online and Xero because:
– Live in the cloud. You can access your reports and data from wherever you are.
– Essential features. QuickBooks Online and Xero are equipped with key features to simplify and manage your bookkeeping and grow your business. They will keep you tax-ready all year long.
– You own the software. If you ever decide to leave xendoo, you can take your data with you! Your new financial partner can pick up right where we left off.
Do I receive one bookkeeper or are multiple bookkeepers available?
We assign one dedicated bookkeeper to your account. They are supported by a full bookkeeping team to ensure your books are always compliant and up-to-date. They will be able to assist you if your bookkeeper is unavailable for any reason.
