Sandeep

Co-Founder & Head of Client Success

Sandeep took an unusual route into accounting. Before finance, he trained and worked in hotel management — a background that still shapes how GATP treats service: anticipate the need, deliver it on time, make it feel effortless. He went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant (2007) and a Certified Public Accountant (2011), and spent years inside global operations at Genpact, American Express, Ariba, and AT&T, working across US GAAP, international and corporate taxation, and financial planning and analysis.

In 2012 he co-founded GATP with a team of four and a simple frustration: business owners weren’t getting accurate numbers on time. A Certified Xero Advisor and QuickBooks ProAdvisor with deep Lean and Six Sigma experience, Sandeep has spent over a decade building the automated, systemized processes that let GATP make accounting touch-free for the owners it serves.

Founder & COO

Nikhar leads operations at GATP and is the firm’s loudest advocate for replacing manual bookkeeping with smart, automated systems. A Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and Certified Public Accountant (AICPA) with a B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University, he sharpened his craft in controller and finance roles at AT&T Global Services, Genpact, American Express, and Ariba before building GATP’s delivery engine. His focus is the back office of growing e-commerce, real estate, and medical businesses — clean books, reliable compliance, and reporting owners can actually act on.

Nikhar designs the lean, automation-first workflows that keep quality consistent as the team scales, and he’s a prolific educator, with 300+ videos breaking down bookkeeping and cash-flow topics for founders. When he’s not refining a process, he’s usually explaining one on camera.
