Nikhar Mathur

Nikhar Mathur

Founder & COO

Nikhar built GATP’s delivery engine from the ground up. Today it runs the back office for 200+ seven- and eight-figure businesses across the US, Canada and Australia, delivered by a team all over India.

 

He is the firm’s loudest advocate for replacing manual bookkeeping with smart, automated systems, and he designs the lean, automation-first workflows that keep quality consistent as the team grows. For e-commerce, real estate and medical businesses, that means clean books, reliable compliance and reporting owners can actually act on. He is now taking that work further into advisory, helping owners use their numbers to make better decisions.

 

Before GATP, Nikhar held controller and finance roles at AT&T Global Services, Genpact, American Express and Ariba. He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and Certified Public Accountant (AICPA).

Sandeep

Co-Founder & Head of Client Success

Sandeep took an unusual route into business services. He trained at Les Roches in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, one of the world’s top hospitality schools, and spent years as a hotelier and restaurateur in Switzerland and Thailand. That background still shapes how GATP treats service: anticipate the need, deliver it on time, make it feel effortless.

 

Sitting on the other side of the table, he saw what business owners actually need from the people who keep their books, and how much the client experience mattered as much as the numbers.

 

He joined GATP in 2012 to build the client-facing layer the firm needed to scale. Today he drives GATP’s global client relationships, brand and operating cadence, bringing the empathy of someone who has lived the chaos of running a business himself.
